In 1948, Grace Kinser began making salads for local markets in Knoxville, Tennessee. Soon her delicious creations were in demand all over the South. Our business has grown and changed in many ways, but we've never lost sight of the most important things: time-honored recipes and an uncompromising commitment to quality.
